The products I ordered were excellent. The customer service for the most part was ok. However, the rather odd next day delivery process they have was not clearly explained when I first ordered.
On the Monday, the day I was expecting delivery, I phoned to ask where my order was, they told me they'd call back in an hour. 2 hours later I called them back. The lady told me to call the courier and then gave me a reference number for the courier. Upon calling the courier they informed me that this reference made no sense to them. When I called Gtech back for a third time, they finally realised that the product I ordered on Thursday night with next day delivery had not actually been despatched yet. It was then finally explained to me that although they have a next working day delivery service, this apparently does not apply on a Friday. So if you order on a Friday, the next working day is a Tuesday! Odd in my opinion but hey.
All other contact with GTECH has been good apart from this so 3 stars instead of 2.
Maximuscle have always offered a heavy discount if you buy 3 of one of their main products like Promax. But I selected 3 Promax with different flavours and it did not discount at checkout. Only when I went to the Special Offers, Bulk Buys section did I get the "3 for 99" offer at checkout. Subsequently, with 6 Promax in my 'basket' I then had to delete 3 Promax from my 'basket' and then the discount was applied; convoluted. Maximuscle/Glaxo need to fix this. They also need to fix its reliability on Mozilla Firefox. It crashed a number of times when I used this browser. Please fix Maximuscle/Glaxo
Bought a Fluval foam filter and a hard to obtain Fluval 205 AquaStop Valve. Tbh I was just pleased to find one at a reasonable price. Delivery speed was reasonable but the website is not so good. At the checkout I tried to change the quantity but it would not allow me to at all. I would use again the company again, prices are good.
