Out In The Cold
I recently purchased a waterproof cosy for my sister in law to take away on a holiday to Germany from your shop via Ebay. Whilst away the zip broke and I was unable to fix it.
On my return I contacted you and spoke to an extremely helpful and polite gentleman. On explanation by myself of the problem, I was immediately offered a replacement and an appology for any inconvenience that may have been caused to us. I duly received the replacement 2 days later. I would like to say a big thankyou for the rapid, polite and hastle free response I had from your company and will not hesitate to use your company again in the future, and recommend you to my friends.
