excellent customer service!

I ordered a change bag which was delivered within the time advised. Unfortunately one of the bottle holders was missing so I emailed them and received very prompt response. They apologised and sent a replacement which arrived the next day! Absolutely no hesitation is recommending or using Lesters again.
