Stressed and angry at this pathetic excuse for a company, avoid like the plague!!!!!!!

The world stores company seem to have set up multiple channels and names one of which is leather beds world, it came up at the stop of the page and so i assumed (wrongly) that they would be a safe bet?

Huge mistake..... After handing over my money to the very easily contactable sales department , there was a call at 7pm the night before the bed was due to arrive saying that there had been a technical problem and it was not coming? there was no real explanation or further information as to when it was coming?

I called the next day to find it was rather hard to speak to anyone other than the sales team who were unhelpful and would not transfer me to a manager they simply said i needed to call customer services, after 15 mins hang up followed by 20 mins hang up followed by 30 mins i finally got answer from a woman who did not give a monkeys about my problem!

She promised to call me back and did not, i then go an email a few days later saying that my refund had been authorised and that it may take up to five days to do so? i paid using faster bill payments bank transfer which clears instantly and i own my own company and trade online and see no reason for a five day delay?

over five days have past and guess what??? no refund

now i have had a txt message from someone called Homedrop? who are trying to deliver something tomorrow ? it does not say what but it is more than likely the bed i ordered that they said they could not deliver that they said they would refund my hard earned money for.

I have emailed this nightmare company, and hope to have responce and get my cash back but after reading the other reviews fear i might not.

Do not use this company if you want to actually get a product or actually want something for your money
