Really disappointed

I sent my phone off on the 30th of December and it was valued at 145 and revalued at 60 I understand why as there was a fault with the phone on my payment status it's says paid but I haven't received anything I emailed them twice and had no reply I have rung lots of times and its always busy. please just give me my money back order no 93768 thanks
