First they sent the wrong item. Then I had to travel in to the city center to exchange with the the right item.
But when I was buying the item online I was informed that my local branch did not have this specific item in stock so I couldn't just go and pick it up. But when they had sent me the wrong item they did have one in stock (Which had been there for a while they said)
I asked if they could throw in some guitar strings or something for the mix up but they wouldn't.
UPDATE...After seeing this review Dawsons called me straight away and offered me a couple of sets of guitar strings, which is good of them to do.
Therefore I will change my rating to 3 instead of 2...
UPDATE...And after offering to send out some some guitar strings they still haven't one month later!

Apologies once again for the mix up. I have passed your feedback on regarding the stock issue, as this should have been communicated correctly from the outset.
In terms of returns, these can be made in store or via post - if this is more convenient.
