Could not bother to post same day
Bought a pair of shoes on a Friday. Paid extra £4 for speedy postage.
Explained that I was going on holidays in a weeks time and needed the shoes.
Was told that could not post before Monday , unless I paid extra £15 , which is a lot,
Considering the price of the shoes.
I thought that was not very helpful. Other shops send straight away, like My wardrobe.

We do not offer £15 shipping; however, our UPS Express is £12 and had you ordered before 9 a.m. on Friday morning with UPS Express, you would have had your parcel no later than this Monday as unfortunately we cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries.
I have taken a closer look into your customer account. I do see that your order was placed on the afternoon of Friday the 11th January with our UPS Standard service which is 1-2 business days of preparation and 3-5 business days from despatch to arrive.
We did take 1 business day to prepare your item and shipped it out on Monday the 14th January. Tracking shows that your parcel will be delivered no later than Wednesday the 16th January, only 2 business days from despatch, so your parcel will arive on time and you will surely have it before you go.
