After purchasing a complete shower a year ago we found that the
valve was not shutting off the water properly, contacting First Bathrooms
and explained the situation and our house was abroad they put the
part in the post straight away, but after opening the parcel we found
it was the incorrect part (a mistake anyone could make) but the
staff was first rate and now the correct part is being sent. These
days you hear of internet companies don't care but from our
experience THIS COMPANY AND STAFF ARE LOOKING AFTER
THEIR CUSTOMERS. THANKS AGAIN WILL PURCHASE AGAIN
FROM THEM. THANKS TO ALL AGAIN REALLY APPRECIATE ALL
HELP AND ADVICE.
