wife left without christmas dinner

first time customer, when placing my order was limited on when parcel could be delivered,(fair enogh it`s xmas time) so made arragments for someone to be in, two days later message saying they don`t deliver to my address on this day after sevral phone calls had parcel delivered to my work, went home 4.30pm parcel arrived 5.30pm had to return to work to collect (have my xmas dinner!!) after unpacking discovered one of the fillet steaks is missing (wifes xmas dinner ) and pkt chocolate buttons burst inside the box .phoned to complain and was told it was to late to send another and could get a refund .had to go and get fillet steak from local butcher so much easier,(wife smilling again ) two days ago got an apology said i can have a free chicken if i place another order (no thanks )

Thanks for your review.

Although we offer Saturday delivery to our customers this is only available in certain areas as our couriers do not have 100% postcode coverage for Saturday delivery. As soon as we are aware a customer is not covered for a Sturday delivery we let them know so we can re-arrange a delivery date with them.

Our couriers, deliver between 9am and 6pm and I am happy to hear that your order arrived in the times detailed.

I am sorry that the order was incomplete and while not the best, it is unfortunate that these things do happen on occassion and while we would have liked to re-send the missing item, due to no available delivery slots being available prior to Christmas we were unable to do this hence why we offered the refund.

It's a shame that you do not wish to take Matthew up on his offer but I can understand your decision.
