I purchased a voucher from Cudo.com.au (in Sydney, Australia) for a course with E-careers and had problems redeeming the voucher. (This may or may not have been because I waited a few months to actually redeem the voucher :-/ )
I wrote to E-careers.com (over the weekend) and by Monday evening (AEST) I had Srabani Khera from E-Careers.com contact me. In as few as 3 or 4 Emails, Srabani was able to redeem my voucher for me and arrange for me to get started with my course by Tuesday afternoon (AEST).
I was highly impressed with the timely, professional and efficient customer service provided by Srabani and E-Careers.
Now I can't wait to get started with the course and tell you how that went!!! Watch this space for more on that!!!!
