I recently purchased a groupon voucher for a vivabox fragrance set (for her), and went to redeem online. I could not find my product. I contacted them immediately to find out what the problem was, and still am awaiting a response! Not very good customer service at all! I wouldn't be surprised if they're waiting to reply when my voucher deal has expired and then all they'll have to say is 'oop, sorry, your deal is no longer running'. Undoubtedly they're in cahoots with groupon, another site you should be extremely weary of!!!
