I wanted to cancel my order before it was shipped. Instead they shipped it faster via DHL ( which is fantastic, had I not wanted to cancel my order ).
I've now had to return my item ( at my expense) to their UK address and not had any notice of receiving or any info on the refund. I do have proof of delivery.
If / when I get a refund, I will happily change my opinion to an 'OK. They need to be more responsive to queries. The customer service number rings out ( i tried calling for about 5 hours ). Service tickets also seem to be selectively responded to.
When I did get through to someone, they WERE really helpful.
