I ordered flowers from eflorsit, the cost was £20 including a vase. This was for my wife's birthday. I selected the next day for delivery and I ordered before 1PM, the only delivery option was Royal Mail for these flowers, I didn't think this was a issue and assumed that I would get them the next day.
They arrived 4 days late, were dead and had no sign of the vase I ordered, the bunch was also smaller than in the picture
eflorsit said that they can't gaurantee next day delivery with royal mail...So why allow me to pick a delivery date and not warn me at any point during the order process delivery isnt gauranteed?!?! (turns out they do mention this on their site in the small print at the bottom of the page!)
I emailed the customer care team and got no respnose,I was told to allow 48 hours for a response so 3 days later after spending over 30 minutes on hold got my money back.
