Great start and end to holiday

Very easy to use. On arrival at Gatwick airport the man collecting the car waved to us to make sure we went to the right place. On returning it was cold, dark and we were tired and therefore ended up going the wrong way out of airport.. Consequently saw our car driving off, but no problem ... within what seemed like seconds it re-appeared and the man delivering it was again friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again!
