When I made my order the website clearly indicated that the item was in stock and would be delivered within a few days. A week passed with no news, and then an email to say that it is out of stock and that they have no estimate for when it would be available. Since then nothing.
Shoddy service - I am not impressed, and I won't use Transair again.

Our website does not show stock availability, however we do endeavour to advise customer's if the item that they have ordered is out of stock. We try and contact customer's as soon as possible after we have received their order, and are sorry to learn that you were not contacted until a week after your order was placed.
Unfortunately we had been unable to confirm a delivery date for the item that you ordered, as we were in the process of changing suppliers. However, this has now been resolved and we are pleased to confirm that the item is due into stock this week. We will then despatch your order, and as a goodwill gesture we have upgraded the delivery to a Next Day service.
