Product took a long time to arrive, during which time I contacted customer services and asked where it was. I was told it would be delivered within the stated time, even though it was already late when I emailed.
Ring was not what I expected, advertised as sterling silver but no hallmark. They don't have to hallmark it as they use such a tiny amount of silver (apparently). In general item was cheap and nasty.
They also sent the wrong size
Difficult with the refund process (still waiting) plus they make you send it back tracked so at best it has cost me about £5 and a lot of hassle to see a naff ring.
Photos were marked, poor colour, all different sizes and a bit fuzzy. (I ordered re-prints from Boots which were perfect so it wasn't the my camera or anything)
Tried calling, email, facebook and twitter to get a refund, multiple times for each one but have been ignored about a dozen times and then told that I had emailed Aldi and Aldi photo was a completely different company that had nothing to do with them and they didn't have any contact information for them, they ignored me when I asked why they allowed another company to use their marketing and trademark and provide contact links on their website-I was ignored again
Slow, slow, slooooooow!
Made use of it a lot but never had a transaction that tracked and paid out without some sort of hassle and many of them are rejected for no reason and in store cashback has never worked

They send you a text telling you your item is out for delivery AFTER they tried to deliver it and after they have returned it to the sender.
Not that they even tried to deliver it, there was no attempted delivery card and no knock at the door
Hardly surprising that its such a shambles when you can't talk to anyone in customer services and the woman who covers my area only works for a couple of hours in the middle of the weekday, doesn't help that she is a combination of stupid, lazy and rude!
Better to strap your stuff to a pigeon and cross your fingers!

Customer service through multiple media (email, phone Facebook, instant chat) was a joke-rude and incompetent throughout- Ignored emails, didn't answer the phone, left waiting, cut off, installation late, attempted hard sell on optional extras threatening to not do the install at all because he didn't have the materials (the by some miracle later appeared in the back of his van!) and even LIED to me when I had the email they sent me the day before in front of me.
Product is poor-1st 2/3 routers were broken, talk talk box is slow, internet cuts out and runs slow after 10pm, lack of access to some channels available through all the other big companies (BT, Virgin and Sky)
Put up fees half was through contract, disgusting!
