the process was pretty simple compared to many other internet shopping experiences. However, there were still some small elements which we felt could be improved. Having chosen the plates we wanted (to add to those we have had for 40 years!), when we moved on to the payment section, there was no confirmation that what we were paying for was exactly what we thought we had ordered: in other words, we needed reassurance all the way through of the exact dtails of what we were buying.
The delivery process worked perfectly, even though when we checked earl in the morning, it gave us an am delivery but later we received an email giving us a pm timeslot.
Small issues, but getting them better would encourage max use of the site, I'm sure.
