I have to frequently send funds to my daughter. This used to entail drawing cash, queuing at the Western Union office, filling in forms and paying a hefty commission. It's much easier now from home, the exchange rates are better and the commission charge is much less. Go for it!!
The service I received from Age Partnership could not have been bettered in my opinion. They produced an annuity quote which seemed to be better than the so called best buys in the financial section of my newspaper. There was a minimum amount of form filling and I was regularly updated on the progress of my application.
I spoke to Kate Holden a number of times and she either answered my queries immediately or called back shortly afterwards.
I do not know how the service could be improved.
