Very quick customer service and excellent value for money

I have been using Cloudnext for a couple of years now. The service is excellent value for money and ideal for me as I have several small websites to administer. They are very quick to sort out problems. I would have given them 5 stars but I have two issues.
Firstly that given a query, responses comes from different members of staff. It would be much better if as far as possible a query was allocated to a member of staff and it would be nice if they gave their name.
Secondly, I have trouble uploading sometimes.It seems to be related to accidently logging in twice which is easily done with how their website is arranged. This seems to only be solved by going away for a little while.
None the less, I do recommend them highly.
