I bought some cycling shoes as a Xmas present and they turned out to be the wrong size! Sigma offered a free and simple returns procedure (on top of free delivery to start with!) and on finding out I was returning the shoes their customer services were right on the case asking what the problem was! When I told them that I just needed an exchange they confirmed this would be turned around ASAP which is was! I used to live near sigma and am sad I'm now too far to visit the shop in person but their online team have truly made up for it! As I said it's good to deal with a company who've got it right - customer service is still possible online! Well done sigma!
