3 months and no product or refund?

Initally they said the product would be about 2 weeks late. This I accepted.
It did not arrive when stated and so I sent another email explaining this.
I was told a replacement would be sent.
This also did not arrive.

In desperation I asked for a refund and the replies to my emails have stopped. I have now given them notification that I will take them to court if they don't rectify this within 2 weeks.

The question is am I a blip or? I will update this after 2 weeks and so you will know whether it is safe to use this company.

From my experience so far, I can safely say I will not be using them again.

Update: I got a refund 1 day after this review. Hopefully I am only a blip.
