Ordered my goods on the 14th of December 2012, understandably delays with the deliveries with christmas and all the extra workload for delivery companies.
my order arrived in Ireland on the 28th of December, since then it has gone out on delivery 10 times, the reason they give is that they have the wrong address. I have contacted myprotein via phone and email more than 5 times, the staff do seem to be helpful and say that they have contacted the delivery company and sent them my address and phone number, i have e mailed my protein twice in the last two days asking if they have any updates for me, no one has got back to me yet while the order has gone out and returned due to the wrong address every day since the 2/1/2013 (bar weekends)
yesterday i contacted the head office of the delivery company (DPD) but he could not help me as the tracking number i have is from myprotein or trackmail.co.uk so
today i contacted the delivery centre where the trackmail says it is to try see if they can locate the product, still waiting to hear back from them.
Usually not a person to complain or kick up a fuss, would just like my delivery to be hear as my account was debited nearly a month ago.
