Whatever you do, dont order anything over the phone.Firstly they forwarded my order to Partmaster without informing me ,who sent the wrong item. When I telephoned to tell Currys/PC world they denied that I had bought it off them as they are unable to trace the order number. I had returned the item by this time, and eventually spoke to Partmaster on the telephone who said they had received the returned item and refunded my money. They hadnt, they lie. Shame they dont refund as promptly as they take the money out of your account. I am still awaiting this. Basically an appalling company to deal with. Of course, when their sales go downhill and they go into liquidation, they,ll blame people for buying goods off the internet instead of supporting them, rather than taking a closer look at the disgraceful customer service they provide.

I ordered a laptop battery, via the telephone and a few days later received an inkjet cartridge. The invoice inside the parcel plainly stated "Battery" I think there should be a system in place whereby companies should reimburse the customer for the cost and inconvenience of their mistakes. I probably spent about an hour in total on the telephone listening to annoying messages during the process of trying to sort this,as well as the cost and inconvenience of driving to my local town to post the item back. If they had to pay the customer for the inconvenience caused , they might review their own customer services and improve them accordingly. And never once during the five telephone conversations did I receive an apology.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
