10/10 Exceptional service ! If only all clothes buying was this easy !

After I recieved the wrong colour Hudson jeans in error, Joe at Jeanography went out of his way to put things right. My postage was refunded in full and he very thoughtfully sent me an smaller size to try too which actually turned out to be better ! Everything arrived within 24 hours and I was also able to send the unwanted pair back for free. I couldn't have asked for any better service . It was actually less traumatic than buying them from a store in the conventional way !!
So nice to come across an online company with an easily accesible phone number and a nice human being at the other end !!
Thanks Joe - I will be buying more in the future !
