I applied for a broadband connection from XLN which was installed 5 months ago and i have been billed £32 per month since then. However the braodband has never worked because the engineers set up the wrong phone line. When i contacted the service team the first time, they sent out an engineer who configured the line with yet a different line which is not my line. Now i have contacted the service team and they have arranged to send out another engineer to resolve the issue.
I am claiming all my money back that i have paid out without this broadband connection.
