I placed an order with The Whisky Exchange for a friend's 30th birthday. The ordering process was simple and notification of dispatch was sent on dispatch. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Whisky Exchange, the bottles broke before they even reached the recipient. On contacting The Whisky Exchange, they were fantastic. They apologised and issued a new order immediately. This was received on the correct day and my friend was over the moon. Fantastic products and fantastic customer service.
I found the price for my handset on their website and placed an order. Printed the form and sent the phone off (opting for a BACS transfer). They received the phone quickly and I got an email to say the BACS transfer was being processed. Everything was so quick and smooth. Definitely use again
