I ordered passport photos for my babys passport and needed them as a matter of urgency. I chose to do it through photobox as they could crop any photo and it saved me the hassle of doing it myself on one of those self service machines in the supermarkets.Plus with a young baby it seemed easier to do it online. I'm currently living in Germany and paid for the international priority shipping, which should have taken 1-2 working days. I placed my order on a Tuesday 7th Jan and one week on still no passport photos. I spoke to four different people over the phone who quite honestly didnt care. I had the cost of the order and delivery refunded to me but the level of customer service was appauling. I was hung up on the first phone call and the second person I spoke to said he would contact the shipping company and would get back to me but never did!!!! The third girl I spoke to was coughing and spluttering down the phone and just said well theres no tracking number and went quite. Thats not my probelm! The fourth person I spoke to seemed shocked that I wanted the cost of the order refunded as it was only £2.99. He was very sarcastic. Your staff obviously dont want to be there and dont care about their job. I have now had to find alternative ways to get the passport photos, and will probably miss out on taking my baby home for a family party as her passport will take up to 8 weeks to come. Photobox have missed out as I was going to order alot of prints from them but they have now lost my custom. I will never use again and urge others not too.
