This is an email that I sent to Oak Furnitureland.
“Dear All
In this day and age of such bad "customer service" I would like to congratulate your firm on such good "customer service". From the salesman at your Hull store who was friendly and informative (but not pushy) to the phone calls, emails and texts keeping me informed of the delivery date of my table and chairs (which was sooner then expected!)to the delivery drivers who were friendly and efficient, and of course I now have a beautiful, well made table and chairs. Again please pass on my thanks to all your staff involved. Well done!!
PS I will certainly recommend you to friends and family.”
