Price, communication & speed OK, shipping costs not

Good competitive price for product which is difficult to purchase in the Netherlands. On website shipping costs quoted as GBP 19,-. Turned out to be 29,- (after negotiating it down from 34,-) for a normal sized 5kg carton to be shipped from UK to Netherlands

Otherwise good communication, product as described, fast shipping.
