Customer service is the best I have encountered on the web.

I ordered a chess set late on Saturday night and it arrived on Tuesday morning. Sadly it had been damaged in transit. I had a replacement by Thursday. The set was exactly as described and I was "over the moon" both with the item and the service.

Hi Thomas. Sorry again that the first set was damaged by the couriers. Despite the bomb proof packaging we use they still manage to break a very small number of sets. I am glad you are happy with the finished article.
