I ordered four tyres to be delivered to the garage where my car was being serviced. Having been told they would be delivered the next day I was then called an hour later to be told it would be the day after that as they couldn't get them in time.
Two days later one pair of tyres were delivered to the garage. The second pair were delivered to another garage totally unrelated to the one servicing my car.
I was emailed by the customer service team to say they would be collected the following morning and delivered to the correct garage.
I responded saying I wasn't at all happy with this arrangement as we have two young children and my wife needs the car. Jenna Scott in the customer service team was very helpful and arranged for a taxi to take the tyres to the correct garage that afternoon.
In short, a pretty dire first experience was rectified by Jenna's efforts and on the basis of this I would use Blackcircles again.
