Don't trust them with your parcel if you want to ever see it again

Extremely poor service, parcels get logged in to depot and then vanish.

In our small road we have had 3 Iphones go missing in the last 6 months. 2 of them were ours, 1 was a neighbour's.

Numerous phone calls later and all we have been told is that it is on a van (maybe) but it has not been scanned out of the depot and no-one can tell which driver has it, but no drivers have confirmed they have got it.

I have wasted a day's holiday and hours on the phone
