Very mixed experience

Bought a RADEON HD7850 graphics card made by a fairly generic manufacturer (VTX3D).

Item was shipped fairly quickly and with a reputable courier. Very impressed!

However, item itself is a terrible product! In fairness, it was the lowest priced offering and is not of a reputable make i.e. VTX3D is not widely known as a maker of exceptional chipsets.

So, returned item for exchange within two days of receiving it. This process was then unnecessarily drawn out over two weeks due to inaction on WAE's part and if I hadn't called persistently for updates it is likely nothing would have happened even then! I take a very dim view of being left without my purchase and the apparent lack of effort in resolving such a straightforward matter.

They say the true measure of a business is its response to a dissatisfied customer. Unfortunately, the response I got was pretty poor...
