Jeg vil HELT SIKKERT bruge amagerblomsten igen. Jeg placerede min ordre kl.23:30 om søndagen og min kæreste fik blomsterne kl.11:00 dagen efter. Hun var enorm glad for det hun fik og de fulgte mine instrukser for en lidt akavet levering præcist og fik dem så leveret uden de store problemer. Alt klaret på nettet. TAK AMAGERBLOMSTEN for god service i høj kvalitet : )

I searched on Google for sites that could deliver in Spain. I found eFlorist and their prices and choice were competetive. I ordered flowers for my Mum's birthday the next day (Friday) and after I read the confirmation e-mail I found out that they had been ordered for the UK. I tried to cancel but had to wait until the next day. I found out the next day (Mum's birthday!) that the flowers I had ordered were not available for Spain delivery. I did, however, get the order cancelled and recieved a 20% discount on my next order, which I thought was good customer service. I re-ordered to Spain which meant, unfortunately, that the flowers would not arrive until Monday (my Mum's birthday was on the Friday) and saw that sending the flowers to Spain would cost roughly 20% more, so bang went the discount. It was also the same flowers!! That I didn't understand : (
Annyoying story, but I must say that customer services were very helpful, swift and efficient and when my mother finally got the flowers, she was very impressed by them.
