Sent wrong product but rectified quickly

Even though all paperwork stated advocate large cat as ordered complete with prescription for cat was actually sent advocate large dog! Rather disappointing for first order. When phoned though lady on telephone very apologetic and despatched the correct product first class post same day. Wrong item returned to sender in original packing as requested.
