Same position as everyone else, booked the car in april, £170 pounds was debited from my account. Went on holiday to spain last month, on arrival we went to pick up the car which we were told had not been paid for. We had no choice but to pay again. We have tried to ring suncar, with no reply, emailed them about 20 times with a couple of replies from them saying we would get our money back, but we are still wating 4 weeks later. we sent a copy of the reciept of payment (which we paid in spain) to them 2 weeks ago but we have not heard back since. Spoke to trading standards who said we need an address for the company before they can help (but they dont have an address) looks like we wont get our money back, they are rogues!
