Couldn't find a better price and online order seemed to go smoothly. After missed calls the following morning, I called back at lunchtime and got UK Tool Centre's voicemail. Gave my name and asked them to call again later if there was a problem but they didn't. I received an e-mail later saying the drill had been despatched so assumed no problems. When I called again five days later, they said it hadn't been despatched as they didn't know what voltage I wanted, so delivery was delayed further. Seems ridiculous that there is no way to specify when ordering but the money is still taken straight away. Arrived safely now but lucky no damage as packaging pretty minimal.
