Waited for a week then popped online to track order. Managed to track it down to Yodel, to discover that the courier had 'attempted to deliver and left a card.' I had no card however and was still waiting two days later. So emailed rubber sole and asked them to help. Next day a message scrawled on some paper appears, number to call to get parcel. So, I give it a call and get told that the local yodel delivery person has actually tried to deliver three times, all news to me I say as I have had no cards. I then get told he had no cards left! He then suggest I can call to his house to collect them myself...interesting version of 'delivery' and 'service' from yodel. Rubber sole responded quickly though and trainers are great, especially considering I couldn't get them on the high street.
