All good until a touchy delivery!!!

Sales man very and quite helpful. Got a text and an email with delivery time which was great! Two gents arrived on delivery day the first friendly and helpful, the second was arrogant and seemed a little miffed for some reason, and that was before he came near the house! They took the mattress upstairs and seemed to have an awkward time in their one minute delivery, a little disappointing as they split the plastic and the mattress got a little dirty. I was a little disappointed after they left and felt that the second gent had been a little rude
