Superb service which is what matters most to me, but the also happened to be the best price, which doesnt hurt :)
Just a really good all round service, 14 day no quibble returns policy (You do have to pay your carriage which I don't think is unreasonable). Pricing is competitive and they have a price match service (Will match it if they can) and just seem like a nice company to do business with.
I was going to return my drill and dealt with Anne-Marie on customer services and she was excellent, thoroughly professional. As it happens I changed my mind and didn't end up returning the drill (Bosch 18v range) but it was nice to know the option was there.
Definitely recommend if you just don't want messing around.

Great experience, recommended from one of the BB forums. This arrived a day after ordering, site was very easy to use, great comms throughout from BBW and their courier once bought - product tastes great and drinks easy. I have 18 days worth - that's 1100 calories per day and I'm burning 250 on my workout (just starting out) so I'm hoping those spare cals will give me a bit of bulk (starting out at 10 stone and around 5'10) so I can move onto something more performance than mass.
