Thank you for your feedback. Having resarched your order I can see that an item ordered was out of stock. an email was supplied to you the following day and alterations were made once you had responded to this mail. The change of item had to be ordered direct from our supplier of which you were provided a due date for this. At this point you have clear options to cancel at any time however chose not to. Our team then supplied the remaining items in advance and forwarded the last item upon arrival. There are no items outstanding on this order. Your items were also discounted by a total of £5.95. I am very upset to find you feel this service poor and can only imagine you have not seen your automated emails which we provide or perhaps they have landed in your spam folder. You may see from our other reviews the general satisfaction of our customer base.
