I've never felt the need to write a review about a company before but my experience with MissGuided has been pretty appalling.
Firstly my order was duplicated and I was then ignored at first in regards to this. I see on their website that they notice this happens, so why not make this a priority to be looked into ASAP?
After this was dealt with I was told I'd definitely get a refund...2-3 weeks later and no refund. Emailed and then refunded. Seems they were just waiting to see if I'd actually follow up!
I have now returned the item by my own recorded delivery as I saw they take £3 from your refund if you use their barcode, which considering the price of some of the garments is just completely pointless as you'd end up with a couple of quid, and have emailed to ensure this will be refunded.
I have since been refunded, but only by emailing the address on TrustPilot. If MG is indeed just using one member of staff to deal with all these complaints then it really is unfair and unprofessional, especially for one member of staff to deal with such negativity day in day out. This could be a great company if they just focused on creating an excellent customer service team and overall good e-commerce experience, including a phone number!
