This is the second time I have used eflorist and it is so easy. Huge selection of beautiful bouquets to choose from and really reasonably priced. It saves a trip to a florist to go and decide what you want, all done online.
The bouquet arrived on the day requested and the flowers were gorgeous, worth every penny. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
They attempted a delivery on Friday last week, put a card through the door and didn't tick any of the boxes or even say who the parcel was meant for. They didn't say if they were re-delivering. I rang the number on the card and got a recorded message but thought I'd managed to re-arrange delivery for Monday. I'd been out on Saturday only to come home to have another card (with no details filled in again) put through the door, even though I'd re-arranged for Monday. Monday came and went. No parcel. Rescheduled via the website for Tuesday (today), still no parcel. Tried ringing but was in a queue whch was probably charging me a fortune. Didn't get to speak to anyone and still have no parcel. I don't even know who the parcel is for! Rubbish service, couldn't find their ar#e with both hands. Lets hope Yodel are the next company to go out of business, they deserve to. Do not use this company or buy from anyone who uses them.
