The products that I ordered arrived speedily and were exactly what I wanted. However on closer inspection, the cost of the products and the shipping didn't match the total I had been charged. I had been overcharged! I have since phoned and left a message on the answer phone. The answerphone states that someone will get back to you if you leave your name and number. Six days on, I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I followed this up with an email and I haven't received a response from this either.
Following my original review one of the directors has been in touch with me by email and phone to clarify the issue and also asures me that steps are being taken to ensure that the system is tightened up and it doesn't happen to anyone else.
It's great to know that a company values these reviews and wants to make sure customers are receiving the best possible service.
