closes early

was not able to take my tour because i did not have access to a printer and the driver did not allow me to take the tour even though i showed a ticket picture in my cell. Being from overseas, i do not know where to print stuff. also, the tour closes really early hence not very friendly to the tourist. i wanted to get a refund but do not know where i can get it. basically, not so good experience from a US visitor
