Poor delivery service

The ordering is fine, but the customer service afterwards and the delivery service lets this company down. I received an email saying delivery would be the following day. I took time off work to be home, received another email at 1.30pm to say delivery would be before 6pm, but no delivery arrived. I rang both companies the next morning, but no reply from delivery company. I was told by sport and leisure that there was a problem with my address(?), even though when checked it was correct, and delivery would be that day before 6pm. I explained noone would be there after the previous days experience, as it was my daughter was there all afternoon, but yet again no delivery!! The parcel was eventually left on the third day, by my back door, with no signature given. Phonecalls to the company came with promises of returning my call but I am still waiting.
