I ordered two pairs of children snow boots and ordered the wrong size. Cozy Mole could not have been more helpful and accommodating exchanging them and so pleasant and personal on the phone and easy to contact. The delivery was so fast and the boots lovely. I will definitely be shopping with cozymole again.
