Quick resolution to query

I purchased a domain name, but quickly realised I had made an error. I submitted a query, which was quickly and positively dealt with via the ticket system. A full refund was given with no questions asked. I really appreciated the way that 123-Reg dealt with my issue bearing in mind I was the one that made the mistake :-)
