This store has everything and more for my parrot. I just wished I had discovered it earlier. From large baths to toy kits this store has it all, rather like Hamley's toy store only for Birds! Each item comes with meassurements and a description of what sort of bird the item is suitable for. Delivery is always quick, I really couldn't fault them.
This company is useless for customer services, don't use them. I have returned three lenses and only received a partial refund for two just over a week ago from an order I originally placed on 15 September! This company is soo bad. It is not allowed to keep our money for longer than 30 days but has done so. Who gives a partial refund? I am still owed considerable money for goods that I do not have and now is the time to write to Anne Robinson. Camerabox will tell you repeatedly that your money is being refunded in 10 days, then 14 days all of which are contracts that they break time and time again. Enough is enough and now on to Anne Robinson this company is just the worst there is.
