I ordered an item as a Christmas present just in time to have it delivered for Christmas, but was not notified that the item was out of stock until it was much too late for Christmas. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Urbanara, however, have gone above and beyond to make the situation right and to apologize. They have issued a part refund for the inconvenience and dispatched an alternative item to me right after Christmas as requested by me. In the meantime, the original item came back into stock and they have also sent it to me allowing me to keep both items out of courtesy. They clearly care about customer service and I will shop with them again without hesitation. And lastly, their products are a thing of beauty!
